Kathleen leads the corporate development team and is responsible for the planning and execution of projects and retail product strategy. With over twenty years’ experience in financial services in real estate and infrastructure across a range of roles from transaction advisory, principal investment and raising capital in the public and private markets.

Kathleen is also chair of the Qualitas Sustainability Steering Committee, a member of the Property Council’s National Social Sustainability Committee and is on the advisory board of the Property Industry Foundation (Victoria).
