CEO, Maurice Blackburn Lawyers
Jacob Varghese is chief executive of Maurice Blackburn Lawyers. Appointed CEO in 2017, Jacob has steered Australia's leading plaintiff law firm through a period of significant change, which included the COVID-19 pandemic.
An experienced litigator, Jacob was previously part of Maurice Blackburn's pioneering class actions practice, where he secured hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation for ordinary Australians harmed by corporate wrongdoing.
