Training Program - Leading Successful Audits
Leading Successful Audits (25-27 March 2020 – following IMPACT)
This is a three day course primarily aimed at new or aspiring audit managers. The training is run by current, experienced audit managers and engagement leaders. It is an interactive course and we will encourage group participation.
This course covers the challenging role of being an audit manager and juggling people, process and content to effectively deliver a quality performance audit.
There is also a practical component, where groups will be tasked with scoping an audit and presenting it.
