TNA Conference 2022 Terms & Conditions
By registering to attend TNA Conference 2022 you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms & conditions (Terms):
1. Registrations
1.1 Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your completed registration and full payment of the registration fee. TNA reserves the right, for any reason, to refuse to accept your registration.
1.2 The registration fees for the Conference are correct at the time of publication. TNA Conference 2022 reserves the right to change the fees &/or the early-bird cut-off at any time, but changes will not affect registrations which have already been confirmed.
1.3 Where there are parallel sessions, it is understood that your parallel session selections are a preference but do not guarantee a place in the session. Onsite, if a session reaches capacity you may be asked to attend an alternative session for health and safety reasons.
2. Cancellation and Transfers of Registrations
2.1 Notification of cancellation of your registration for the Conference must be made in writing and emailed to CIS Event Management to the attention of Dee Nicholas.
2.2 Cancellation requests received by CIS Event Management fourteen (14) business days or more before the date of the Conference will be refunded the amount of the fee minus any reasonable administration costs (as determined by TNA). No refunds will be made for cancellations received within fourteen (14) business days of the event.
2.3 You may request to transfer your registration to another person by notifying CIS Event Management at least five (5) business days prior to the Conference. No transfers will be permitted within five (5) business days of the event.
3. Modification, Postponement or Cancellation of the Conference
3.1 TNA Conference 2022 reserves the right at any time to change the speakers, the content, the location, the timing or the format, or any other aspect of the Conference; or to postpone the Conference; or to cancel the Conference.
3.2 TNA Conference 2022 and the Conference organisers, the Venue or any other third party authorised or engaged by TNA Conference 2022 (Agents) will not be liable to you for any damages, costs, losses or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered by you as a result of, or in relation to, 3.1 above.
3.3 If the Conference is cancelled or postponed by TNA Conference 2022 for reasons that are beyond its reasonable control, TNA Conference 2022 may retain the fee and will not be required to make any refund of the fee.
3.4 If the Conference is cancelled for reasons other than as set out in 3.3 above, TNA Conference 2022 will refund the fee minus any reasonable administration costs of $100.00.
4. Your rights and obligations at the Conference
4.1 TNA Conference 2022 reserves the right to prohibit your entry to the Conference, or eject you from the Conference if you fail to comply with these Terms, or if you represent a security risk or if your behaviour is deemed inappropriate, as determined by TNA Conference 2022 and/or its agents and others working under its authority.
4.2 Promotional materials may not be distributed at the Conference except by event sponsors and exhibitors.
4.3 You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by TNA Conference 2022 and its Agents.
4.4 All unauthorised photography and the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited.
4.5 By attending the Conference you grant permission to TNA Conference 2022 and its Agents to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing your image/likeness, including the use of these images for live streaming, promotional, news, on-line and multimedia purposes. You agree that you are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from TNA Conference 2022 or its Agents in respect of your image/likeness or its use. You release, discharge, and hold harmless, TNA Conference 2022 and its Agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video.
5. Accommodation
All rooms booked and confirmed via the Sheraton Hotel Melbourne's reservation link, must be received on or before CUT OFF DATE-30 days prior to the conference. The expiry date of the reservations link is 30 days prior to the Event start date. After that date, any attendee who has not booked will have to contact the Hotel directly to make a reservation by calling: +61 3 9290 1000. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
Individual reservations are subject to 24 hour cancellation. Individuals may cancel up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. If within 24 hours of arrival, full cancellation fees will apply.
6. General
6.1 TNA Conference 2022 reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time and you will be subject to the Terms in force at the time TNA Conference 2022 registers you for the Conference.
6.2 The failure, delay, relaxation or indulgence on the part of a party in exercising, in part or whole, any power, right or remedy conferred upon that party by these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that power, right or remedy.
6.3 These Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws in force in Victoria. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and waives any objection that it may have that proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.

TNA Conference 2022 or other parties mentioned in the Conference promotional material accept no responsibility or liability as a result of error, misprints or changes to the information provide.
Privacy
At TNA Conference 2022 , we recognise the importance of your privacy and understand your concerns about the security of personal information you provide to us. We place high priority on the security of information held by us and we comply with the Australian Privacy Principles as contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The information provided by you is necessary to administer and manage your registration and provide the Conference to you. Please also note that TNA Conference 2022 may provide your personal information to its Agents and sponsors as necessary to conduct the Conference.
